Objectives
The objective of the Forum is to share the experience and connect international Islamic financial institution with their counterparts in CIS countries. The forum will identify solutions to key and emerging global Islamic banking and leasing development issues and defines new Islamic finance policies and strategies for the new phase of globalization in the post crisis era, with a focus on sustainable development and inclusive growth.
The main objectives of the forum are as follows:
- It will present an ideal occasion to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the major changes and developments underway in Islamic Financing Industry, and to network with the industry leaders and experts.
- It will seize the opportunity to meet with potential clients and stakeholders from the private sector.
- Knowledge sharing about IDB Group activities in CIS countries and demonstrate the Islamic financial system operation.
- To promote the line of financing and corporate financing to CEOs of banks, key conglomerates and technical partners in Tajikistan and CIS countries.
- Giving an insight into the practical aspects of Islamic banking and leasing in CIS countries
- Strengthening regional integration through cross border, inter-regional business partnerships.
- Give opportunity for participants to discuss business collaboration with potential partners, representatives of key private sector bodies, and Islamic banking leaders.
- Show the status of the Islamic finance industry in Tajikistan.
- Highlight Tajikistan’s unique investment location attributes and allow the potential investors to physically appreciate its natural endowment.
- Establish detailed measures with the aim of following, assisting and supporting the business connections initiated during the CEOs Forum, so as to guarantee the achievement of the projects.
